A structured breathing retraining programme for long-term health and performance.

6 x 60-90min one-on-one sessions. One session per week.

This structure is designed to give you a strong foundation early in the programme, with ongoing personalised support and review built in.


Designed to support the management of a range of breathing-related conditions, including:

  • Dental Issues

  • Hay fever

  • Insomnia

  • Snoring & sleep apnoea

  • Chronic fatigue

  • Anxiety

  • And other symptoms linked to dysfunctional breathing
